Cross Creek Camping Resort FAQ
General
We are located at 3190 South Old State Road in Delaware, Ohio, just 21 miles north of downtown Columbus. Our resort is conveniently close to major highways, making us easy to reach from I-71, US-23, and the Polaris Parkway area.
We are directly across from Alum Creek State Park & Marina, which offers a sandy lake beach, hiking and biking trails, fishing spots, boat and kayak rentals, and a lakeside restaurant with live music. Other nearby attractions include The Ohio State University, Ohio Stadium, Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, Zoombezi Bay Waterpark, Easton Town Center, Polaris Fashion Place, cultural destinations such as the Center of Science and Industry, Columbus Museum of Art, Ohio History Center, Amish Country, and Olentangy Indian Caverns.
Campsites & Accommodations
We provide RV sites with full hook-ups (30 & 50 amp), pull-through sites, big rig friendly sites, cabin rentals, park model rentals, RV rentals, and tent camping.
Yes. We offer two ADA-compliant campsites for guests with disabilities. Additionally, all our sites are level and a short walk to amenities.
Reservations may be made on a daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, or annual basis. For stays of a month or longer, please contact our office at 740-549-2267 or email at mgr@crosscreekrvp.com.
Please inquire about availability with the office, however, you are welcome to bring and set up your own park model. Many of our guests choose to do this.
We have limited outside RV and boat space for the winter months.
Amenities & Facilities
Our gated community features a heated swimming pool, pavilion, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, basketball, playground, gaga ball court, cornhole, camp store, gem mining, nature trails, dog park with dog wash station, laundry facilities, and park-wide robust Wi-Fi access (available for an additional cost).
Activities & Events
We host a variety of seasonal activities including live music on select weekends, holiday parties, arts and crafts, potluck dinners, train rides, karaoke, our world famous 50’ Banana Split, Halloween Weekends, Christmas in July, hay rides, movie nights, pig roasts, and much more.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with restrictions. Exotic animals such as birds, snakes, pigs, ponies, or wild animals are not allowed. The following restricted dog breeds or mixes are also not permitted: Akitas, Doberman Pinschers, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chows, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Bulldog breeds (including Pitbulls, excluding French Bulldogs), Boerboels, Cane Corsos, Wolf-hybrids, Great Danes, Malamutes, and Bullmastiffs. Any animal showing aggression will not be permitted.
Yes. Proof of rabies vaccination must be presented at check-in. Guests may also submit documentation via email at mgr@crosscreekrvp.com in advance.
Check-In & Quiet Hours
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.

Guest Experience
We are an inclusive, non-denominational, family-friendly campground that welcomes both seasonal and short-term guests. Activity is especially high during the summer months.
Reservations & Payments
Reservations can be made online through our booking system via the BOOK NOW link or by calling the office at 740-549-2267 directly.
We accept major credit and debit cards with a surcharge of 2.75%. Contact the office at 740-549-2267 or email mgr@crosscreekrvp.com for other options.
1. Daily Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation start date will incur a $35 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment
2. Weekly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before the reservation start date will incur a $95 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
3. Monthly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made at least 60 days before the reservation start date will incur a $295 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the full first month’s payment.
4. Seasonal Reservations: A non-refundable first installment of $895 is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or changes to seasonal reservations are non-refundable and will not be credited.
5. Holiday Reservations: A minimum stay of 4-nights is required to book a W/E/S site and 3-nights to book a W/E site on, but not limited to, the following holiday weekends and events: New Years/New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Black Friday and Christmas.
- During Peak-Season weekends, W/E/S sites require a three (3) night minimum and W/E sites require a two (2) night minimum stay
- Cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable
6. No Refunds for Early Departures: Refunds will not be issued for early departures under any circumstances.
Guest Guidelines
Yes, campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only, except for dry periods. Do not leave fires unattended and follow local fire safety guidelines.
Yes, personal golf carts are welcome. All operators must be licensed, insured drivers, follow park rules, and sign a golf cart agreement.
Alcohol is allowed at your campsite. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and follow park policies.
Connectivity & Convenience
Yes, Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee. Coverage and speed may vary depending on location.
Certain RV sites are equipped with cable TV access. Please check availability when booking.

Yes, Cross Creek Camping Resort is an ideal destination for rallies, reunions, and group gatherings. We welcome clubs, groups, and organizations of all sizes to host events here.
